Service Description
WHAT ARE LASH INFILLS? Essentially, lash infills are lash fans that fill in the gaps in your lash extensions which can appear after 2-3 weeks, due to natural shedding. A full set of lash extensions will look great for the first few weeks, but as a result of the lash life cycle and general wear and tear (particularly those who sleep on their front or side), the lashes will start to lose their pristine look. That’s why infills are a must for anyone who wants to touch up and maintain their lashes for longer. HOW DO LASH INFILLS WORK? Your Yolashes artist will apply infills to any gaps in your lash extensions. By getting infills after your main treatments, you can keep your lashes looking fuller every day, without the need for a full replacement set. This also makes them less expensive and quicker to apply. IMPORTANT Any infills will only count if you return within three weeks of the previous appointment and with 20 or more lash extensions remaining per eye. Anything less than 60% lashes remaining per eye will be charged at the rate of a full set. OTHER ARTISTS WORK *Please note: Yolashes does not infill any eyelashes that you have received from other providers. If you are wearing another provider’s eyelashes, you must first book in for a removal. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training and regulations there are a lot of artists that have been improperly trained and at Yolashes our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
Cancellation Policy
By continuing with your booking you are agreeing to adhere to these terms. Please read carefully and in full. New clients will need a test patch at least 24 hours before their first set of lashes. I require a £20 non refundable booking fee. It will be deducted from your final payment. Please note that you booking is not confirmed until you will receive a confirmation email. Refund policy: You are paying for the artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service, therefore, Yolashes does not offer any refunds for any services performed. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the treatment, you must inform me within 72 hours of your appointment. I will endeavour to rectify or re-do the aspect of the service you are unhappy with to ensure satisfaction with a complimentary 30 MINUTE EXPRESS TOUCH UP if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service. Eyelash infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you have less than 40% of your eyelash extensions left you will be charged for a full set, not an infill. Cancellation policy: I require a £20 non-refundable booking fee. It will be deducted from your final payment. If you cancel and rebook within 48 hours of your appointment you will still be charged 50% of the total of the missed appointment. You will also have to pre-pay for the rebooked appointment deposit of £20. All to be paid before the next appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment full amount to be paid. If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure I do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day. No shows will be obliged to pay FULL AMOUNT of money for the appointment and will pay in full for next one.
